Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking

About the role

Join Santander’s Leamington Spa branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, working 28 hours per week on a rotating schedule. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with transactions, technology, and fraud protection while delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre and provide solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products.
• Identify and suggest new ways to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments.
• Effective communication skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and to work flexibly across a range of activities.

• Starting salary of £25,000 pro‑rated, plus a discretionary bonus up to 8% of salary.
