Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Part‑time, Witney)

About the role

As a Customer Experience Advisor in our Witney branch, you will be the friendly face and voice of Santander, helping customers with transactions, technology assistance, and protecting them from fraud. The role is part‑time (21 hours per week) on a rotating schedule, offering a varied and dynamic branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre and provide solutions.
• Build relationships and identify solutions to meet customer needs.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services.
• Identify and suggest new ways to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, either face‑to‑face or via telephone.
• Strong communication skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers (preferred).
• Team‑working attitude with a flexible, can‑do approach (preferred).
