Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Perth)

About the role

The Customer Experience Advisor will be the friendly face and voice of Santander in the Perth branch, helping customers with transactions, technology assistance and fraud protection. You will work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday, 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer inbound calls in the contact centre, building relationships and finding solutions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments.
• Strong communication skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to undertake a broad range of activities.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £25,000 per year, £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8 % discretionary performance bonus.
