About the role
Join Santander’s Ipswich branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to our retail banking customers both in‑person and over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and via telephone.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries and provide comprehensive service.
- Assist customers with banking technology and protect them from fraud and scams.
- Handle inbound calls to the contact centre, offering support and solutions.
- Build relationships, identify improvement opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and an active listener.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑skill environment.
- Flexible to work a rota schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm).
- Proactive attitude towards risk management and compliance.
