Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Sittingbourne)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Sittingbourne branch on a part‑time, rota basis. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with transactions, technology assistance and fraud protection while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions, answer queries and provide product information.
• Handle inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve issues promptly.
• Build relationships with customers and identify solutions to meet their needs.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face‑to‑face or telephony environment.
• Strong communication skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers (preferred).
• Team‑working attitude with a flexible, can‑do approach (preferred).
• Openness to a broad range of activities beyond standard expectations (preferred).
