Customer Experience Associate – FinTech Startup

About the role

Acre is a fast‑growing fintech startup transforming the UK mortgage market. As a Customer Experience Associate you will join the top‑performing Customer Success team, supporting brokers and helping them get the most out of Acre’s end‑to‑end mortgage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Acre’s product and its users.
• Assist brokers with day‑to‑day support requests via phone, email and screen‑share sessions.
• Act as a customer advocate, feeding feedback to the product development team.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve customer queries.
• Deliver high‑quality webinar trainings on platform usage.
• Create clear communications such as release notes, knowledge‑base articles and training videos.
