Customer Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Implementation Consultant to join our growing service team in Norwich. You will be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding and providing ongoing support to ensure they get the most out of our tech‑led solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and remote onboarding for new customers.
• Handle inbound support calls, web‑chat messages and ticket enquiries.
• Provide high‑quality service via phone, email and online channels.
• Escalate issues when necessary and accurately record customer data.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and training to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products and services.
• Meet call‑time and soft‑sales targets by identifying growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Driven and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail and capable of managing diaries and systems.
• Resilient under pressure, remaining calm with challenging customers.
• Personable and empathetic, delivering excellent customer experiences.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Android, iOS and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry.
