Customer Marketing Lead

About the role

The Customer Marketing Lead will drive growth across retail, distributor and e‑commerce channels for a leading global luggage brand. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will work closely with Sales, Product Development and the Creative team to turn commercial opportunities into successful marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer marketing initiatives that support sales growth.
• Support new‑business prospecting, manage CRM data and target customers effectively.
• Analyse customer, retailer and category performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design trade‑marketing programmes and retailer activation plans.
• Create customer presentations, launch packs and sales‑enablement materials.
• Coordinate product launches across key accounts.
• Organise trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Required profile

• Experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, category management or commercial marketing.
• Background in FMCG, consumer products, homewares or a similarly fast‑paced product environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Proven ability to support sales teams and develop customer‑marketing programmes.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and leveraging customer insight.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
