Customer Relationship Manager (Care Home Sales)

About the role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join its prestigious care home team in Segensworth. You will drive occupancy by managing enquiries, developing the home’s digital profile and building relationships with the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and improve conversion rates to meet occupancy targets.
• Develop and maintain the home’s online presence and generate leads.
• Network with local organisations and community groups to raise the home’s profile.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester professionally during tours and phone contacts with potential residents.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their needs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date contacts database.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional demeanor.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM) proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
