Customer Relationship Manager

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will drive commercial performance and strengthen long‑term partnerships with our customers. You will ensure seamless onboarding, maximise value across existing accounts and deliver sustainable, profitable growth aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new customers, completing account setup in Key2 and recording all interactions in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare, present and negotiate commercially sound proposals while applying strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Conduct proactive utilisation reviews, manage contracts strategically and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, Remarketing and Sales Support to ensure service readiness and operational excellence.
