About the role
Based in Leeds, this 18‑month fixed‑term position involves managing relationships with a portfolio of Local Government Pension Scheme partner funds. You will act as the primary interface between Border to Coast and its partners, ensuring a high‑quality, consistent experience across governance and engagement forums.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Partner Funds, understanding their objectives and governance arrangements.
- Represent Border to Coast at pension committees, officer meetings and other governance forums.
- Coordinate delivery of a high‑quality Partner Fund experience with Advisory, Investments, Operations and other teams.
- Support customer engagement on new capabilities, propositions and strategic initiatives, providing clear and timely communication.
- Organise training sessions, workshops and engagement activities for officers and committee members.
- Manage customer queries, requests and actions within agreed timescales.
- Capture and share Partner Fund feedback to inform service development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to provide reliable customer intelligence.
- Contribute to events, working groups and conferences that strengthen partnership relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing client relationships in asset management, investment consulting, pensions or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of UK institutional investments and the pensions marketplace.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Ability to translate investment concepts into clear customer requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving, organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Demonstrated collaboration across multiple teams and functions.
- High integrity, professionalism and personal accountability.
