Customer Retentions Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Retentions Advisor to join our sales team at phs Compliance in Golborne. You will call existing business customers, understand their needs and provide suitable solutions to retain and grow their business with us.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls and emails to existing business customers.
• Identify customer needs, answer queries and provide appropriate statutory electrical, fire safety and remedial services.
• Consultatively sell additional services and achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update customer details.
• Work towards daily, weekly and periodic performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales or customer retention.
• Strong rapport‑building and listening skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to close sales.
• Honesty, integrity and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficient telephone communication.

What we offer

• Base salary £25,000 with realistic OTE of £35,200.
• Commission and bonus scheme.
• 37.5‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, no evenings or weekends.
