Customer Sales Advisor – Part‑time (Burnley)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic Customer Sales Advisor to join our Halfords store in Burnley. Working 16 hours per week on a flexible rota, you will help customers find the right products and services, from bike accessories to automotive parts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, personalised customer service on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and fitting services.
• Assist customers in selecting the right solutions for their needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.
• Problem‑solve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Follow the store’s rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer‑focused environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to help customers.
• Good problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work a part‑time rota, including weekends.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets.
