Customer Sales Advisor – Self Storage (Trainee Relief)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Advisor to join a leading self‑storage provider on a trainee relief basis. You will work across multiple store locations in South / South‑West London, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing.
• Provide tailored storage solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and in‑person, ensuring a seamless sales journey.
• Maintain high store standards and a professional environment.
• Promote products and services, highlighting key benefits.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Support overall store performance and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confident communicator, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and results‑driven.
• Flexible to travel and support multiple store locations across South / South‑West London.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
