Customer Sales and Account Executive

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Slough and involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from business customers, processing orders and driving sales through upselling and cross‑selling. You will work closely with clients, support the sales manager on occasional local visits and contribute to promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and process customer orders.
• Manage accounts, including occasional local client visits with the manager.
• Produce sales analysis reports and general admin duties.
• Make outbound calls to existing, lapsed and promotional customers.
• Upsell promotional and new products and handle customer queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, upselling or cross‑selling.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet KPIs.
