Customer Sales & Service Consultant (Czech or Polish Speaking)

About the role

Emirates is looking for a Customer Sales & Service Consultant in Manchester to join its Customer Service team. You will act as the voice of Emirates, answering customer enquiries by voice and giving accurate, up-to-date information on products and services. The position is office-based and requires working in shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate voice support to customers, answering their enquiries
• Act as the voice of Emirates, giving customers accurate information about products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service and seize sales opportunities

Required profile

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, plus Polish or Czech
• A Levels or High School certificate
• Legal right to live and work in the UK; the company does not help obtain work permits
• Willingness to work in a shift environment
• Internal staff can only apply after at least 1 year of service with the company or in their current position

Required skills

• PC-based skills to use Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
• Sales and customer service focus
