Customer Service Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a unique individual who can provide outstanding customer service while possessing the technical eye to understand the mechanics of a print‑ready file. You will work across three communication channels – phone, email and live chat – to support our fast‑growing online printing business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across calls, emails and live chat, handling pre‑ and post‑sale enquiries.
• Resolve client queries, understand their needs and promote additional products and services.
• Use design software to troubleshoot client artwork and ensure files meet high production standards.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with technical accuracy and focus on satisfaction.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilise AI tools in day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• Proactive communicator who understands print terminology.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Enfocus PitStop is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of bleeds, margins and CMYK colour handling.
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical artwork issues over the phone or via chat.
