Customer Service Account Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Account Manager to join their operations team in Hertfordshire. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong professional relationships.
• Act as primary contact for queries, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Handle daily communication via phone and email, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and produce regular activity reports.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, coordinating with third parties to meet deadlines.
• Identify potential problems early, suggest improvements and support clients in workload management.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
