Customer Service Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our technology‑driven electrical systems manufacturer in Slough. Working from our office, you will support the sales team, ensure smooth order processing and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process regular and quotation‑based sales orders, monitor delivery schedules and manage back‑orders.
• Communicate with customers, wholesalers and contractors via email and phone to resolve enquiries.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate order and customer information.
• Assist the Business Development Managers in preparing marketing materials and product information.
• Proactively chase overdue orders and follow up with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales or office administrator in a customer‑facing role.
• Organised, adaptable and able to plan ahead in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for order and customer data management.
