Customer Service Administrator

About the role
The Customer Service Administrator will support the Customer Service Team Leader in a busy call‑centre environment, handling inbound calls and performing data entry for the NHS Wheelchair Service. This full‑time, onsite position offers a stable 40‑hour week and a clear career pathway within the service centre.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls, verify client information and record details accurately in the bespoke database.
- Enter, retrieve and update data using the in‑house system.
- Schedule daily technician visits and manage run‑lists.
- Resolve routine queries, research solutions and escalate unresolved issues.

- Perform any additional duties as directed by the line manager.
Required profile
- Basic IT literacy and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Self‑motivated, dependable and customer‑focused.
- Commitment to confidentiality of service‑user information.
