Customer Service Administrator – Temporary Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Administrator. The role is based in Brent Cross and involves handling customer enquiries, supporting account management and assisting with finance‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional manner.
• Support active accounts, respond to general queries and assist new customers with onboarding.
• Process orders, renewals, upgrades and account changes.
• Update sales invoices accurately using the Sage Accounting system.
• Manage SIM trials, installation bookings and service calls.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records across internal systems.
• Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and installation partners.
• Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure progress.
• Provide routine finance administration and other operational support as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage a high volume of tasks.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
• Positive attitude and a quick learner of new systems and processes.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and email.
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting or similar accounting software.
