Customer Service Advisor – Broadband Technical Team

About the role

Join EE’s Broadband Technical Team in Doncaster as a Customer Service Advisor. You will assist customers over the phone with a wide range of broadband‑related queries, from simple router questions to more complex technical issues. The role is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide first‑line support for broadband services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the call.
• Utilise flexible scheduling to manage breaks and occasional home‑working days.

Required profile

• Helpful, calm, and able to build relationships with customers.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge on the job.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
