Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre

About the role

Join Select’s UK & Ireland Customer Service team as a Call Centre Advisor. Based in Exeter, you will deliver the same high‑standard Apple‑focused support that customers experience in‑store, handling enquiries across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, book appointments and resolve customer complaints.
• Manage email and live‑chat queries, providing accurate information on products, services and orders.
• Update customer records, dispatch details and service order status.
• Process orders, perform fraud checks and flag potential social‑engineering attempts.
• Gather sales leads and support outbound sales strategy development.
• Escalate feedback to department managers and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone etiquette with strong diplomacy.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Flexible, positive attitude and ability to meet business objectives.
• Organised, capable of multitasking and prioritising workload.
• Problem‑solving mindset and initiative when working independently.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Apple products.
