Customer Service Advisor - Doncaster

About the role

Join EE’s Broadband Technical Team in Doncaster and help customers resolve a wide range of broadband and router queries over the phone. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable support from simple questions to more complex technical issues, ensuring a smooth experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and address broadband‑related questions and problems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot router and connectivity issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases while maintaining ownership of the customer journey.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s systems.
• Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Natural helpfulness and calm demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work full‑time hours and adapt to occasional home‑working.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts on the job.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of broadband technology and router configuration.
