Customer Service Advisor – Everyday Banking (Bradford)

About the role

Join Santander’s Bradford Contact Centre as a Customer Service Advisor, providing first‑line support for everyday banking customers. You’ll work in a high‑volume, telephony‑based environment, delivering empathetic assistance across a range of banking queries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers over the phone.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Update customer records and help keep customers and the bank safe.
• Build relationships, find solutions and develop product knowledge.
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, preferably with telephony experience.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively to understand customer needs.
• Real desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers.
• Effective team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to follow processes while thinking on your feet.
• Openness to a broad range of activities.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Starting salary of £25,000 per year plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance.
