Customer Service Advisor - Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Sedgwick is recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a 3-month fixed-term contract, working in its 24/7, 365-day-a-year telephone-based team. The role is based in the Cardiff office on a hybrid basis (2 days a week in the office, depending on shifts) and covers variable shifts between 7:00am and 10pm. No prior experience is needed, as full training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers on a variety of queries
• Deal with multiple clients to deliver the best possible service
• Work with suppliers and parts
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, as you will use a variety of in-house databases
• Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellent service
