About the role

This 8‑month fixed‑term position is based in Luton and focuses on handling customer enquiries, email orders and deliveries. You will join a busy orders fulfilment team, supporting online and email‑based order processing for a leading UK specialist.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer emails and provide order‑related information.
Process sales orders, collections and credits.
Manage order and delivery discrepancies, including special deliveries.
Set up and support customers with online ordering.
Handle returns, receipting stock and ensure first‑time‑right delivery.

Required profile

Confident in liaising with customers and sales teams via email.
High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Numerate, team‑oriented and capable of prioritising workload.
Problem‑solver, self‑starter with initiative.
