Customer Service Advisor – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our European Customer Service team in Greenford, West London. The role involves handling enquiries, processing orders and supporting customers across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Process orders and provide accurate delivery information.
• Prepare quotations and respond to product availability requests.
• Liaise with warehouse, production, logistics and sales teams.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems.
• Support customers across European and international markets.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) – essential.
• Additional European language skills advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or order processing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced office environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems (Oracle experience beneficial).
