Customer Service Advisor – French Speaking (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Brighton office on a short‑term basis. The role starts on Monday 22 June and runs for approximately four to five weeks, working 1 pm‑7 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound mystery‑shopper calls using provided scripts and background scenarios.
• Collect and accurately record service and pricing information from callers.
• Update existing records, flagging any discrepancies between current data and newly gathered information.
• Review and document differences, ensuring data consistency across all entries.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role within an office environment.
• Fluent spoken French.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence on calls.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry skills.
• Reliability and ability to commit to the full four‑to‑five‑week assignment.
• Ability to commute reliably to the Brighton office (no on‑site parking).
