About the role
Everywhen, the UK's largest independent insurance broker and part of the Ardonagh Group, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for its General Insurance contact centre in Brierley Hill. The role is full-time on a rota basis, with hybrid working after a successful 4-month probation. The start date is 16 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
- Support customers with existing business quotes and general enquiries, including motor insurance queries
- Deliver a highly customer-focused service
- Balance sales, retention and productivity targets
What we offer
- Salary of £25,030 plus a generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to £29,030)
- Full training and ongoing support, with office-based training initially

- 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with service
- One Saturday in every three, with time given back in lieu
