About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s vibrant team in Holmes Chapel. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly, and professional support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat promptly and courteously.
• Provide product information, process orders and resolve issues.
• Upsell relevant products and services to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
• Record all interactions accurately in the company’s systems.
• Handle complaints from initial contact through to resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent service quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product updates and company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent phone etiquette and clear English communication.
• Proven experience dealing with customer complaints.
• Strong analytical ability to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated skill in upselling while keeping customer focus.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Quick problem‑solving and thinking on your feet.
