Customer Service Advisor – Hull (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Scania’s Hull team as a Customer Service Advisor, working 20 hours per week to provide first‑class support to new and existing customers. You will be the main point of contact, coordinating servicing, repairs and maintenance while keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks efficiently.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate work, creating and processing job cards.
• Check account details, credit limits and obtain authorisations.
• Provide timely updates and agree timescales for unscheduled work.
• Follow through to completion and raise invoices for work carried out.

Required profile

• Organised approach and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
