Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a busy contact centre supporting a premium retail brand. After comprehensive training you will handle customer enquiries across phone, email and live‑chat, providing a high level of service in a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries via email and live chat.
• Assist customers with placing new orders and provide product information and recommendations.
• Resolve queries related to orders, deliveries, and dispatches, and troubleshoot problems.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls when required and manage multiple live‑chat conversations simultaneously.
• Record accurate customer information in internal systems and support colleagues during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a contact‑centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident telephone manner.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to service level and performance targets.
• Positive, enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.

What we offer

• £12.80 per hour (£26,624 per annum) with an on‑target bonus of £2,400.
