Customer Service Advisor

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor at Pooky you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both online and in‑store. You will ensure every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally, helping to maintain the high standards of service our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer enquiries via our omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system.
• Provide face‑to‑face assistance to visitors in the Gloucestershire showroom.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver seamless solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Support the team by taking on additional tasks that contribute to smooth business operations.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (40 hours per week).
• Competitive salary of £26,240 per year.
• Standard working hours 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday with one weekend per month.
