About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers in Havant. You will handle enquiries, book appointments and guide customers through their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Book appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Provide updates and support throughout the customer journey.
- Resolve queries and manage feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Positive, customer‑first attitude.
