Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a positive, outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our busy order department. You will provide full inbound telephone support, keeping customers informed about order status, delivery changes and pricing enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up existing and new orders, informing clients of any changes.
• Respond to pricing requests and suggest alternatives where appropriate.
• Process invoices, refunds and replacement items.
• Maintain accurate order records and update accounts.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth order flow.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer service role, either telephone‑based or face‑to‑face.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple enquiries.
