Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support an emergency assistance campaign for a premium automotive brand. You will handle calls from drivers involved in accidents or breakdowns, providing calm, professional, and empathetic support while coordinating with emergency services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, customer‑focused service via phone and digital channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions in line with company standards and SLAs.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer information using CRM systems.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Support customers during emergency or high‑pressure situations, including contacting police, ambulance, or roadside assistance.
• Gather and relay critical information to emergency support teams.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a busy customer service or contact centre environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure or emergency situations.
• Excellent listening, problem‑solving and complaint‑handling abilities.
• Positive, proactive and customer‑focused attitude with strong emotional resilience.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, on a rota basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competent use of standard computer applications.
