Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Entwistle Green is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join its Property Management Team within the Lettings Department in Maghull. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and internal colleagues, delivering high‑quality tenancy support and property‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve client and colleague queries efficiently.
• Coordinate urgent and routine repairs, liaising with tradespeople and keeping customers informed.
• Organise safety inspections, oversee remedial works and follow‑up with landlords after property visits.
• Assist customers with general tenancy questions and conduct weekly partnership and welcome calls.
• Maintain service standards, meet deadlines, and achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well within a team.
• Previous contact‑centre or call‑centre experience is preferred.
• Good analytical, planning and organisational abilities.
