Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service Advisor to join our Colnbrook office. You will be responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class experience to our customers through phone, email and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer queries and bookings via phone, email and internet.
• Proactively resolve issues for both internal and external customers.
• Achieve daily targets set by the Customer Service Manager.
• Chase delivery reports and keep clients informed about their shipments.
• Perform general administrative tasks and assist with receiving and processing shipments.
• Support fulfilment projects and, once trained, be available for on‑call duties.
• Work on a rotating shift rota covering various start times.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Clear communication and strong command of English.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with good organisational abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and a checkable five‑year history.
• Willingness to work rotating shift patterns.
