Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Mozillion’s fast‑growing mobile team in Chester. You will be the first point of contact for our SIM‑only and eSIM customers, helping them with orders, plans, technical issues and general enquiries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via live chat, help‑desk tickets, email and telephone.
• Resolve enquiries within Mozillion’s service‑level agreements and keep customers updated on progress.
• Provide clear, accurate information about mobile plans, SIM activation, warranties and related services.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management when required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems and share knowledge with sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Adhere to all company policies, regulatory standards and data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and passionate about delivering 5‑star customer service.
• Confident using IT and technical processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with phone systems and email platforms.
• Experience with network platforms that manage SIM cards and mobile plans.
• Strong understanding of IT and technical troubleshooting processes.
