Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Charles & Ivy are seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in Middleton. You will handle inbound calls and email enquiries, providing professional assistance with order queries, deliveries, returns and product information. The role is fast‑paced and focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email enquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with order queries, deliveries, returns and product information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Accurately update customer records and order information.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of queries.
• Maintain high standards of service while managing multiple tasks.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
