Customer Service Advisor

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent property business as a Customer Service Advisor in Weston‑Super‑Mare. You will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies run smoothly, properties are well maintained and fully compliant. The role is varied and hands‑on, ideal for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently.
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent‑related matters and the end‑of‑tenancy process, including deposits.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service.
• Work closely with the wider team.

Required profile

• Organised and proactive individual confident in managing a busy workload.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem‑solver who uses initiative.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance (advantageous).
