Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Coloplast is seeking dedicated individuals to join its dynamic team as Customer Service Advisors. In this role you will ensure customers receive exceptional service, handling order processing and addressing queries to create a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise the customer in every interaction.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls with precision and enthusiasm.
• Manage orders and address delivery‑related questions.
• Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and departments to maintain top‑notch service.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening ability and understanding of customer needs.
• Results‑oriented mindset and computer literacy.

• Competitive starting salary of £26,650 per year.
