Customer Service Advisor – Logistics (Edinburgh)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a global logistics provider in Edinburgh. The role will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries from quotation through to delivery and post‑service follow‑up. You will work across internal teams to ensure smooth service execution and maintain high standards of communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, bookings, execution and completion of services.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Maintain clear, professional communication via phone, email and systems.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Use CRM and operational systems to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Prepare quotations, support billing and invoice processes.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and service teams.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
