Customer Service Advisor – O2/Virgin Media (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor supporting O2 and Virgin Media customers. You will work a hybrid schedule, splitting time between our Newcastle city‑centre office and a home‑based workstation, delivering high‑quality service on inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media mobile customers.
• Assist with queries on payments, billing, data usage, roaming costs and complaints.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues while maintaining a customer‑focused attitude.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products and services.
• Meet productivity and quality targets set by the client.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months experience in a sales‑oriented or target‑driven role (desirable).
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a quiet home environment with a reliable broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
