Customer Service Advisor (Part Time - Weekends)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Advisor to work weekends in our Warrington office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across various channels and ensuring a friendly, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally across multiple communication channels.
• Take ownership of queries from start to resolution.
• Deliver a positive, efficient and empathetic customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex enquiries.
• Ensure work complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with products, services and business processes.
• Adapt to new systems, processes and initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and team performance.

Required profile

• Salary: £27,810 full‑time equivalent (£11,819 pro‑rata) per year.
• 17.5 hours per week across two 8.5‑hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
