Customer Service Advisor – Part‑time (Edinburgh)

About the role
Join a busy Repairs Contact Centre in Edinburgh as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting repair issues, providing courteous service and keeping them informed throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Log repair requests and update internal systems accurately.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate repairs.
- Provide timely updates and resolve customer queries.
- Support the team with general administrative duties.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or a call‑centre environment.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Strong IT and data‑entry proficiency.
- Professional, organised approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £14.51.
- Part‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
- Temporary ongoing contract with immediate start.
