Customer Service Advisor – Part‑Time (Peterborough)

About the role

We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for our customers, taking accident reports, handling queries, liaising with other companies and agencies, and working with other areas of the business to resolve issues. You will also update and record accurate information using our bespoke software and reporting platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls from customers and third parties.
• Use Activate Group’s bespoke software and databases to accurately record information.
• Work within agreed customer SLAs and personal KPIs.
• Collaborate with other teams across the business.
• Communicate with external companies as necessary to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in using software packages.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment (desirable).
• Ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a call/contact centre or customer support role (desirable).
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
