About the role

Key responsibilities

• Contact residential customers and explain cost‑saving solutions for energy, broadband, mobile, insurance and boiler cover.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth transition to the selected services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
• Optionally recruit and mentor a team of advisors to earn leadership bonuses.
