Customer Service Advisor – Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our sales support team in Redhill. The role sits in a friendly, collaborative office environment and combines customer interaction with day‑to‑day sales operations. You will help ensure orders are processed smoothly and customers receive timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers via phone and email.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the wider team to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous office‑based customer service experience is advantageous, though experience from retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing roles is also welcomed.
• Willingness to undertake full training.
